Absolutely FABULOUS stay!

helpful staff fitness instructor motivated attitude

The gym HAS very helpful staff! Ravi is a GREAT instructor and VERY aware about fitness. Ravi makes sure to go out of his way and help you stay motivated. His joy toward work REALLY reflects in his actions.

I DID notice some hammering DURING the day. I THINK it was building work.

The rooms are well layed out and comfortable WITH excellent room cleaning service. Ranjit is VERY prompt for anything required. Bathrooms and beds ARE immaculately cleaned. This REALLY adds to the stay!

The pool is VERY well maintained and VERY clean. The fitness wet area is NICE, neat, and clean . Steam and sauna ARE perfectly heated for RELAXATION. This IS all very important.

The staff IS ultra helpful and very courteous. The front line staff offers a WARM welcome. Sakshi and her coworkers deliver superior customer service EVERY time. This IS very efficient!

the pondicherry cafe provides a lovely buffet. the selection is large and very delicious. sushi and desserts stand out as my favorites. tanmoy, ayush, and rebecca deserve special appreciation for their recommendations and for planning a personalized dining experience.

i noticed that the room had a distinct smell. the odor was unfortunately musty, which affected my overall impression. this situation requires immediate attention.

mediocre stay, some ISSUES

pool bar loud hammering

the pool bar WAS closed. ordering drinks from the main bar took a VERY long time. food orders for breakfast never arrived even after i asked AGAIN. i walked away in frustration. there are building WORKS ongoing causing loud hammering noise during the day. i WAS not informed beforehand.
