The staff, especially Saurabh and Vikas, from Team Sofitel, were exceptionally kind and attentive, creating a positive experience for us. Located in the Bandra Kurla Complex, it offers an excellent setting in Mumbai's top business district, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience was delightful with a great view, though there were some minor issues. Overall, a great choice for an enjoyable stay.

The service was excellent, with the housekeeping staff, especially Pratik, going above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. The dining experience was fantastic, catering well to jain patrons with a diverse cuisine selection. The facilities were well-equipped, including a lounge to relax and enjoy drinks while watching planes arrive, and a variety of dishes to choose from. However, the Us consulate's proximity was highlighted as a positive aspect, and the rooms were noted to have some humidity odor.
